Lobby Banners

(up to 10' x 12') $1,000
(up to 20' x 25') $1,500
Provide us with your company banner and we'll hang it in the main Lobby. Take advantage of front and center exposure as thousands of participants pass through this central area. Banners must be provided in advance and size limitations may apply. Space is limited so don't delay.

Discover Area Display

$750
With help from Walt Disney World Horticulture, The Landscape Show will feature a Discover Area Learning Center display in the center of the show. Key components of this area will be a showcase of green walls, ideas for sustainable landscape and The Landscape Show demonstration stage. This should be one of the most popular spots in the show and give great visibility for sponsors.

Welcome Reception

Friend Sponsor Level $1,000
Sponsors will receive special recognition at the reception and on the screen at the reception, plus receive 50, 25 or 10 drink tickets respectively. Signature sponsors will be permitted to hang their company banner in the room.

Morning Coffee Service

$500 plus costs Per Placement
Sponsor pays for all beverage costs, plus $500 promotional fee. Recognition includes signage with the coffee service. Sponsor may provide cups and napkins with imprinted logo.

Demonstration Stage

$500 per day
Take advantage of being center stage as a sponsor of the demonstration stage area. This will be a highly visible spot for your company name and logo.

Rest Stop

$500 per rest stop

The exhibit hall will have up to 10 back-to-back benches scattered throughout the show. Posts will be set between the backs of the benches so sponsor signs are in between the benches and will be a welcome sight for buyers wanting to sit down for a few minutes.

Plant Watering Service

$500 per day
Provide a much-needed service for busy growers at the show — you'll be amazed how quickly you can become a necessary and much-needed part of the show for them. Supply the personnel and a sprayer to go by each plant booth in the show and water their display plants once a day.

Show Poster Sponsor

$2,000
This sponsorship will cover the printing of 3,000 posters using the themed show art and your company logo will be on the poster and if you would like, you may have your salesmen deliver a poster to each booth throughout the show.

Aisle Banner Sponsor

$750 per square
The Landscape Show logo is on every other aisle banner throughout the show, now you can purchase an aisle and your logo can appear at the bottom of the aisle banner (suspended above the aisle) on a 3'x4' double-sided sign. This provides excellent logo visibility and makes your company the focus point on the aisle.

 

Column Wraps

Hall E1 $750 each
3' high at eye level wrap all the way around the column. Two columns are located on either side of the Discover Area in Show Center. Look for the double circles with depicted strobes on the floor plan to locate the columns. This is a great opportunity to get the eye level attention of attendees walking the floor.

Floor Graphics - 4' X 4'

Hall Entrance D2 $500 each
