Example categories include biological controls, organics, waste reduction, water conservation, energy conservation and recycling.Obviously plants and trees are environmentally friendly. Plants submitted for the Sustainable Solutions Showcase go beyond the normal function of producing oxygen and reducing carbon dioxide.
